This adds a Helix AI button to your Outlook ribbon. Open any email and you can improve, shorten, translate or draft a reply to it — and summarise its attachments — without leaving Outlook.
Save it somewhere you'll find it again, like your Downloads folder. Keep the name manifest.xml exactly as it is.
Download manifest.xmlGo to aka.ms/olksideload and sign in with your work email. This page is the only way in — Microsoft removed the old option from the Outlook ribbon.
You can also reach it from Outlook itself: classic Outlook via File → Info → Manage Add-ins, or new Outlook via Settings → General → Manage add-ins.
Close Outlook completely and reopen it. Then open any email, click Helix AI on the ribbon, and sign in once with the same username and password you use here. It stays signed in for a week and follows you to your other computers.
